So they'll be making a Tundra, without the reliability, without the Aisin transmission, with a weaker, older technology, pushrod engine? Awesome. Way to innovate, GM. A lesser copy of a truck Toyota has been making since 2007.

bed rails 5ft off the ground so unusable as work truck - check
jacked up 18" off ground so you have to climb "up" to get into it and buy the overpriced step rails for it - check
still need a ladder to be able to climb into truck bed - check
priced at $50k for cheapest base model vehicle so its affordable for anyone who is not well off - check
made it look ugly as shite - check
and it still has the same "chevy shake" vibration issues they never fixed going all the way back to the 2014 models because of the rigid boxed frames
well it seems they checked off all the boxes of reasons to never buy one, wonder how long it will take to see $25k off retail price signs at all the dealers trying to sell them

You cannot possibly be this dogmatic and at the same time misinformed. You realize Ford received a 5.9 billion dollar loan at a 0.25% interest rate from the Federal government during the bailout, right? Find me any place in the world that would give you a loan for .25% interest when you are on the brink of bankruptcy and it would not considered a bailout.
They may not have accepted the same level of benefits, but many believe they only refused it (they actually initially agreed to it) to manipulate perception of sheeps like you.
In addition to this "non-handout", Ford received at least $2.5 BILLION dollars in government subsidies.
I guess you think a bank robber should be put to death, but if someone robs a convenience store it is not really a crime.

Are you bragging about the fact that the Japanese have not been able to provide an upgrade to their vehicle in over a decade and have essentially been selling the same vehicle to its customers since 2007, although their costs have increased drastically? Nice.
As noted above, the Tundra is very outdated. That will change in 2019, though.

No. I'm making fun of Chevy for blatantly copying a truck that's that far out of date while using an engine that's even less sophisticated under further out of date. Nice.

I love my 2016 Tundra. I guess it’s outdated, but it does all I want it to do. It has a rear window that rolls down, and I love that.
