Just wait until you hit 75K miles, it will fall apart and your 4 Runner will keep running like the machine it is. We had both Tahoe and Yukon, absolute disasters after 75K. We bought a 4Runner after that and it's on 180K and we've only had to change tires, brakes and batteries.
How are your kidneys though?

Thats because there is nothing like them on the road, especially the Yukon XL or Suburban. Huge, 4wd, 6.2L V8. Good Luck finding something like that from Japan.
They drive amazingly well. A diesel model Suburban is probably the best highway cruiser you can buy right now.
They are updating the Ford Expedition soon….looking forward to see how they work that out. The GM SUVs ride better, so I imagine Ford will do some suspension work on it.

sold my house and set up in a homeless encampment to get me one of these bad boys. Only concern is getting the windows smashed. Fingers crossed.

makes our 4Runner feel like it’s from the Stone Age.
Until it's already been to the crusher and the 4Runner is still hitting the trails like a billy goat at 340,000 miles.

How big is the cargo area? Need to know if all Jaxxton's bats will fit.

Try harder.
Don't need to. I have a 2021 Tahoe with about 45k miles and it is a piece of shite. Also, I have a 2016 4runner and it has never had a problem.

Base Tahoe starts at 58k and base suburban 61k
Not spending that on a run of the mill American made car. I'd rather spend $10k more and get a BMW X5 or X7

I had a 2010 Tahoe that had a lot of non-mechanical issues (door handles broke, dash board cracked, seat motor, AC issues). Currently have a 2018 Yukon that has been problem free so far.

Toyota ain’t what it used to be.
This is true for for US built Toyotas, like the Sequoia, Tundra, and Tacoma. Cheap materials, and less than stellar build quality. The good ole 4Runner is still built in Japan, using engine technology dating back to 2002, and sure it has less tech. All of those are reasons I purchased one. Don't need the gimmicky crap. Just want it to work when I need it to. Our Yukon/Tahoes were complete crap.

Still rocking my 2013 Suburban, roughly 230k miles on it. Great vehicle, but it might be time with that Diesel option…

Look at all the electronic gizmos. Truck will be completely obsolete in 15 years.

I have no clue how people can pay these type of price tags on new vehicles.
Believe it or not, some people work hard and make lots of money.

I still don't like the huge console screens. Everything else, sure, nice.
I love them IF they have an actual knob for the volume and the AC controls. It looks this one does. I also like the fact GMC went with the landscape mode screen and not the overly extended height, portrait mode.

Wife got a '23 Limited Max version this time last year. I was nervous as hell (still am) about the 6 cyl and 10 speed trans, but so far so good. Pulled a poling skiff for 3K of the 15K miles on it and it was like it wasn't there. Sips gas compared to my V8 Tundra and ride is awesome, but I haven't been in a GMC suv in ages to compare. My 2013 Tundra has 200K on it with literally no issues to date. Time will tell on the Expedition.

Currently there are 47 GM full size SUVs advertised for sell on multiple sites with more than 300K miles on them. 9 of them have greater than 400K with the highest one being 464K. Year models from the mid 90's through the mid teens.
There are 29 4 Runners and Sequoias on those sights with more than 300K on them, the highest is 389K. Year models similar to the GMs.
The old meme about Toyotas lasting infinitely longer than GM products is only supported by anecdotal evidence that may or many be remotely true. The actual data suggests that GM trucks are highly reliable coompared to any on the road and I will guarantee you that if you buy a late model used GM you will save thousands if not tens of thousands over a comparable Toyota with similar mileage. If you going to buy new Toyota is the better choice because of resell value based on brand loyalty and no other data suggesting they are any more reliable. If you have any sense and allow someone else to lose the money associated with buying new a late model low mileage GM is a far better value than a comparable Toyota.
So you are trying to refute anecdotal evidence with anecdotal evidence?
