Kept seeing the meme pop up on my FB feed. Wanted to know the origins of this damn thing.

Has to do with a virtual reality chatroom people are using. They basically just chase people around as a horde of knuckles characters chanting random memes at them

"Why are you running" came from a movie, the guy has a really thick Uganda accent
Then a bunch of people started using Knuckles from Sonic the Hedgehog as a character on VRCHAT, basically a virtual reality chat room. The group would basically spam VRCHAT rooms. The best part is that the guy that the meme was created after loves it and is constantly retweeting and posting the meme on twitter.
