I went to the first three parades today in the city, St Charles and Second St. it might be a good idea for the city to ask the krewes not to throw toilet paper anymore. I am not trying to rain on anyone’s parade, but the toilet paper in the trees is eventually going to wind up in the city’s drainage system after a hard rain. St Charles Ave was a mess, but a great time was had.
