Consistent training for strength and genetics. If done consistently and correctly, a human being can double to triple their strength.

I weigh about that right now....

But can only bench 240 :(

I competed at Bench on the Bayou on USL's campus back in 2008. There was a guy in my weight class that was on the USL powerlifting team, Mike Broussard. Dude weighed in at 148 and his bench was 420. Dude was a freak.
He went on to compete at he Arnold Classic and demolished his class
I believe he still holds a few state records in powerlifting
