Yours and others obsession with insulting me despite what I say being one hundred percent factual is both odd and sad

we may disagree on things and you may be arrogant at times but i will never understand the obsession with insulting you all the time.

im guessing it pisses to OT off when you tell 90% of them, they are obese. which i dont really get, you are just telling them the truth

i mean you know where i am with lifting and everything...and if you told me i was fat...i would prolly be like...yea need to strip about 10-12 lbs but doing pretty good compared to everyone else, but you are right and i need to get my shite together.

will never understand people who have no self perception and cant take criticism that are legit

I didn’t have the discipline to get past the weirdly misplaced cold bass fishing contest intro.

It was the best part IMO.

Why the frick would you link an entire video without the time stamp? Or not even a reference to the time stamp in the post.

You think people want to spend 10 minutes to watch 3 second lift? Why did you think that was a good idea?

I used to bench 350 weighing 160 at my best. It's definitely not unheard of.

My shoulder doesn't cooperate anymore in my 30s.

He's clearly a bench specialist, I'd love to see what his squat and deadlift numbers are. I looked on his YT page, but it's all Bench videos.
