Man frick that. I can't hear other accents well at all. If possible, I use the chat option for customer service because I don't know what it is, but I can not understand even people who talk with a British accent.
That's pretty fricked up. Do they expect people to magically be able to understand people with strong accents?
I had a miscommunication situation once with an airline because the customer service person had a strong India accent. I actually forget the details, but it was something simple and the dude was making it more complicated than it needed to be and he was explaining and I had to ask him to repeat it like 3 or 4 different times and I could hear that he was getting frustrated, but what the frick do these companies expect?
This has to be something that can be worked out right? So Chase lost a customer because they want the cheap as possible CS.

I am fine as long as I can understand them but they are typically just reading from a script abs I often still can’t understand them

Expecting people that speak the same language as you is racist and you will lose social credit points.
Unless you happen to be a non-English speaker demanding your native language, right?

This kind of story is absolutely an advertisement for decentralization, no question.
Foolish. It'll have the exact opposite effect.how do you think proof of stake will work once masses can be persuaded to zero out balances of "immoral" people?

Big banks are 100% onboard with globalization and cancel culture.

It’s all designed to make you feel powerless especially when the one world order is officially in place.

I canceled Chase as soon as I left Baton Rouge.

I reported this several years ago and got down voted unmercifully. Chase absolutely profiles you and if you don’t meet the woke standard s you get cancelled. I had a checking account for 40+ years, credit cards for 25+ years and over $10 M invested in employee retirement accounts with Chase and they cancelled me. No explanation.

Wasn't it a Chase bank branch that gave Gary Chambers money because he threatened them to have people at the branch protesting because they hired one of the police that was involved the the.. whats his name killing.. Sterling? I forget his name, I just know he looks like a milk dud with a gold tooth.

It's hilarious that somebody in the Venables thread has summarized Moe's commentary style to perfection.

Decentralization won’t happen with digital currencies because the currencies have to be agreed upon and accepted as direct payments for larger loans which only come through banks right now
If you can set up decentralized loaning then maybe
But until then - it doesn’t matter
And to top it off, there will always be a funnel/choke point in the system somewhere that can be exploited by big money
Look no further than the handful of accepted websites we can use to convert coins to cash and deposit them into banks

If he owed money on a cc/loan id doubt they’d freeze his payments like they’re freezing his access to his money.

There will always be room for smaller banks"

An sue Chase in front of an American jury until their arse bleeds.
I got a support person from Airbnb a couple of days ago. He was very hard to understand due to his heavy accent combined with rapid speaking. I asked him to speak more slowly as he had a heavy accent. He did and I could then understand him.
