Realize that there are a lot of people in public service jobs like law enforcement that are happy to see people on the right get killed.
Between them and the cops that just do what their boss tells them to do so they can keep their job, everyone needs to understand that cops are political tools and aren’t on your side should something pop off.

Parler being banned wasnt about troublesome content but about a threat to the leftwing controlled mediums at the time. The "troublesome content" was just the pretense they needed to do what they already wanted to do anyways.

While this is still gigantic news, no Kirk is not the same level as a sitting president. I think Robert Kennedy would probably be a bit better of a comparison if one was to be made.
