Will this trial actually be held in Baltimore or do they move it somewhere else in Maryland? Could those police officers get a fair trial in Baltimore?

She recounted what happened, and included Gray ran away once eye contact was made...but followed that up with the wrongly arrested accusation

The officer driving the van is charged with 2nd degree murder. Wow. What a farce. Way to bow to the idiot mob.

Simple answer is that they want to appease the mob and get "justice". They have been cowtowing to the rioters since day one. Hell, she probably got told what to do by Sharpton, the mayor, new attorney general, and Obama. I wouldn't doubt that calls were made from all four of them. They've all been publicly involves with this already. They are professionals at preying on weak people.
I thought the ME found that he was fine when he got put into the van? I guess the DA knows better than a doctor that looks at death every day. My guess is that they'll find a ME for another autopsy that will find opposite of what the state ME said
Btw, running from the cops or resisting is a crime. Doesn't matter if you did anything or not.
Eta: The protesting, not working, and general shite starting will continue. I wouldn't be surprised if rioting started soon
