Which and maybe even why?

How tiring is flying on my body?

If I ran at 50 mph, I'd be in the Olympics, so I'd choose that.

Too many questions. You're gonna need to narrow it down some.
Are we doing both in our current form?
Will I be flying with my T-Rex arms?
Will running still be a rough on the feet and back?
Am I as good at landing as I am at flying?
Given that, I would choose to fly.

Let's say pretty effortless. Superman style.
Running, maybe the same effect a jog would have on you in your current shape.

Do I have the ability to hover? I would like to just hover. Then when jackasses are standing in the aisle at Kroger screwing around blocking up the lanes I can just float up and over them.

Running at 50 mph sounds incredibly dangerous

Fly without question. Much more real estate to move freely and not be limited by terrain.

Run at 50 MPH. I would dominate multiple sports and retire rich.
Flying is fun but less marketable.

If you were the only person that could due to genetic manipulation or a genie in a bottle, or however you got these abilities suddenly, they'd probably disqualify you.
That Flight Speed is slow, but I'd probably take that for the convenience.

I disagree. If you had the ability to fly you would be the richest person on the planet......

Fly...so I could fly over the protesters and piss on them

Running at top speed would get pretty tiring not to mention it gets pretty hot in the summer. Everywhere you ended up you would be drenched in sweat. Just a thought.

flying has less impact on joints
unless you impact a building.

What's my calorie per mile consumption?

I mean, I'd still drive a car on hot days. Run or fly, you're sweating the second you step outside in an Arizona summer.
I assume running 50 mph I could fall backwards into a NFL wideout or pinch runner in MLB, then mop up in the Olympics once every four years.
