You could give 5 women a job making 200k each watching movies all day and by the end of the second week they'd be talking about how unappreciated they are and how people don't respect the stresses that come with watching movies all day.
It's genuinely amazing. The only ingredient is putting women around other women for the requisite amount of time. All other variables are irrelevant.

I find actual professional women can act normally about their jobs. Doctors, lawyers, accountants. It’s the nurses and teachers who act like 45 hour weeks are insane.

As someone married to a female professional I'm not so sure...
But admittedly, being a female lawyer or the like looks difficult from the outside. Most women I know are not naturally inclined to flip a switch and leave stress/hostility behind or to engage in aggression/negotiations/etc. without getting personally offended.
Which is why so many of them end up with a hard shell, I'm guessing.

i think this is a big issue that i've seen
it's the Men Are Like Waffles — Women Are Like Spaghetti theory of compartmentalization
i am curious how much of this is nature or nurture, b/c with my personality type (INTJ) efficiency is key and organization is key to efficiency. it's an ongoing war with the people who just have everything flowing at once, which, in my personal experience, seems to be a disproportionately (but certainly not exclusively in the legal field) female trait
if i hear "i'm multi-tasking" one more time by one of these people (male or female) i'm going to lose it
