Nobody cares about the actual challenge, it just gives women another opportunity to find their best black and white picture and post it
These kinds of "movements" make women look so self-absorbed and vain for the exact reasons you just mentioned.
The way we "support other women" is have each individual post the hottest black and white picture of themselves?
Feminists are unbearably dumb.

i am curious how much of this is nature or nurture, b/c with my personality type (INTJ) efficiency is key and organization is key to efficiency
That's the same personality type I have. My daughter is an INTJ as well which is pretty rare in women.

I think some women are truly cut out for it. But many are very competent/good at their jobs, but it takes a mental/emotional toll that a lot of men don't experience.
My wife, for example, just can't fathom the concept of significant/hostile emails/filings/etc. coming in for me at 8PM and me not dropping everything to start prepping a response or taking some other action or letting it dominate my evening. Usually, I can go "LOL this fricker" and then I continue watching the Braves game or whatever. I genuinely don't think her wiring allows her to do that.

yeah go read that book
this is all about compartmentalization
lots of guys have a problem with this, too. it's not just a female thing. you see it a lot in your "lazy, creative" types
this also leads to another PC/SJW question: is our promotion of compartmentalization just an example of promoting male dominance or traits that we associate with males? i think some people would argue this
although i just can't see how being less organized and structured could be more efficient, unless they're arguing efficiency is sexist
