Go watch the video of a recent officer involved shooting where a guy pulled a gun and the officers life was very obviously in danger. His reaction to killing someone was night and day different and he was effectively in a shoot out

I initially gave her some grace but thought it was definitely her fault. But she clearly saw the officer based on the video today and still tried to flee
If they want any chance at conviction they’ll need 12 people as dumb as hippie tiger. Might be possible in Minnesota though based on recent history.

It’s debatable and non conclusive on whether there was an attempt to run that man over. Some say it wasn’t, and others say it was. It isn’t cut and dry either way as much as everybody that has chosen a side wants it to be

You are talking about one where the perp had a gun pointed at the officer before the officer could draw. As soon as the officer would go for his gun, the guy would shoot. He waited until he could grab his gun and fire.
This LEO didn’t have time for anything but to pull the weapon, fire 2 quick shots while trying to get out of the way

Whether or not she intended to doesn’t matter. What matters is she did.
Just like drunk drivers don’t intend to crash and kill people.
