Death rate for both symptomatic and asymptomatic cases is estimated at .65%. So it’s about three times as deadly as the seasonal flu which I believe (but please correct me if I’m wrong) has a death rate of about .2%.

It does not effect age groups the same as the flu.

Equal to or less deadly than the flu under 45. 4 or 5 times more deadly than flu to over 45 and morbidly obese.

The virus is so scary that forty percent of the people who get it don’t even know they have it. Thanks for destroying our society over this deadly virus, Boomers.

The boomers say screw it. It is the millenials worried about their parents destroying the economy.

How can you die of it and be asymptomatic?

That makes zero sense.

I thought the CDC said asymptotic transmission is next to impossible?

I also though you were leaving the board because of your racist comments on the MSB a few days ago.

And it would be identical to Flu without the changing of deaths like they did my grandfather.

My 94 year old Grandfather recovered from Covid then days later ended up dieing from pneumonia. They marked his cause of death as Covid.

I thought the same at first. I think that’s just including asymptomatic cases that have a positive test into the overall group.

A secondary bacterial pneumonia infection following COVID is a common occurrence. It’s common with other types of viral pneumonia as well.

It’s probably legitimate to classify that as a COVID death.

Sorry about your grandfather.
