I thought CBD oil had no THC in it?
I bought some out in Oregon and some versions most definitely can have THC. I used it to treat a smashed finger and it absolutely worked to kill the pain.

Gotcha. Tumeric helps me with sore muscle and joints from the gym but I am not dealing with anything chronic like you are.

CBD oil has helped a few people I know with RA. Not to mention the benefits of the stress relief which also help RA.

I spoke with HR again, and with out a prescription there is nothing they can do. He said since THC is not legal, there is no way for him to tell if I'm just using it to cover for recreational use.

I understand where he's coming from, but it doesn't make me any less angry about it.

Learn something new every day.

I'm hoping CBD oil will be easy to get in Alabama for my wife. She's got 8 herniated discs and no Dr is willing to do any kind of surgery...so she lives with the pain..or has to take opioids. I would rather her off those even if it's just Tramadol....because I truly think America is gonna vilify opioids more and more due to the abuse of it.

Here in fl you need 2 dr recommendations and then it goes to a review panel before you get approval.

That is so frickin ridiculous.

All that for a plant that's less harmful than alcohol.

If you’re considering losing your job to do drugs, you have a problem

Yeah, it's called chronic pain asshat. Deformity from inflammation, crippling pain. So yeah I do have a problem. There is no high associated with CBD oil, do your research before making an uniformed comment.

And to OP, as long as you're getting high quality CBD oil it will not show up on tests for THC. I'd caution you to do your research before you make the purchase as some "CBD" oil is actually just hemp oil and some CBD oil contains trace amounts of THC.

You have no idea what you are talking about. CBD oil is extracted from hemp, there isn't enough thc to get you high or for you to fail a test. Anyone who claims they failed a test due to cbd is a liar.

You can buy the oil with thc added but that cost extra and you would know it.

I take cbd oil daily to help with exercise recovery and have had zero problems passing drug tests.

What brand do you use, and where do you get it if you don't mind me asking?

I am so sorry for the hassle you folks (in states governed by crooks) have to endure. I am in Colorado. I can drive to my store and go through the REC side or the MED side. Medical permits are easy to get. Doctors actually believe you.

I have a med card and I'm allowed to grow 12 plants. Or, I can select from a literal buffet a myriad of products at any dispensary. Shatter, oil, edibles, on and on. I can even do both, grow some of my own, or buy. I prefer flower.

Next door is the glass shop which has all the CBD products. I haven't tried them, but reports are good, so far. They even have CBD for pets.

Ask you employer. CBD has had the THC removed. They may not care.

No one test for cbd, it is legal.

Some of the CBD oils online day they may contain .3% THC, which if taken daily may make test positive. They sell it here in BR, and the salesman said it may have trace amounts of THC so I didnt but any.

It boils down to this--does your job drug test? I can guarantee you that there are closet potheads in every office that nobody knows about. If the probability of you getting tested is very very low and it will improve your quality of life, then I would do it.
