Eta: and then go into the apostate church and overturn its money-changers’ tables (or the functional equivalent).

Agreed. Even the use of birth control contraception, anything other than natural methods, is considered a sin.

I bet the school did not do that. The guy could have responded with a laugh and said my husband is dead.

Band Director. If we fired all the gay band directors and music teachers, there would be no one left to teach.

Admonish him and tell him to "go and sin no more" which is the goal for us all as fallen sinners.

The difference between him and me (because I am a sinner) is that I am at least a repentant sinner. I fall yes, but I do not act like the rules are wrong. When I fall it is on me, not the rules.

It isn’t but the point is you aren’t supposed to be doing those either. Is the argument now just do whatever you want because everyone else is doing it so what’s the big deal? I thought Christians were supposed to be different from the World?

Funny how idiots forget that for thousands of years homosexually has been considered immoral. So God Almighty doesn't haven't to be replaced for us to know it is.

It's people like you that are wanting to change what's moral or not. Don't get triggered when people don't agree with your sinful ways. Your lifestyle does nothing to improve society.

It's not. However, homosexuals are usually more unrepentant than their faithful heterosexual counterparts.

Reading comprehension is clearly not your strong suit or maybe you’re responding to the wrong person

The disgruntled parent sounds like a piece of shite Karen.

A parent protecting the integrity of their child's youth, isn't the pos here, but the hero. The teacher should have kept it in the closet better. Knowing it could turn on a dime, he's the only one to blame.

This is the second big controversy to hit this school in the last 3 years. The first one didn’t make the news but I know people that left because of it. They already have a smaller enrollment than surrounding schools and this story will only hinder that.

Not nearly. Everyone sins. But the good news is that through the blood of Christ we can be forgiven our sins if we repent and with a contrite heart confess our sins.

Perhaps you should ask God this and with a loving heart pray about it.

Personally, to me it's clearly abnormal behavior that goes against nature and the basic science of human life and life in general. It's a choice to act on these desires (wherever they come from) and not some behavior that's out of ones own control.

Yeah, that issue isn’t even discussed in the New Testament but carry on. There is an often misunderstood reference under the Law of Moses but I am assuming you aren’t Jewish. The Catholic Church makes up teachings quite frequently so that’s understandable as well

I seriously doubt that heterosexuals are repenting for premarital sex or the use of artificial birth control, which by the way is against the teachings of the Catholic Church and the old testament

Yep, the school has been well aware for years.

A disgruntled parent was upset with the principal and went to the archdiocese to out Mark Richard’s in hopes it would result in the firing of the principal. Instead, the archdiocese made the call to fire the band director for violating the morality clause.

I knew some Karen started it, but didn’t realize Jessica was their ultimate target. Shameful shite. I hope the parent gets outed.

Real practicing Christians don't promote their sins as being ok. We live in shame about them as we work with God to remove them. Ie...a church shouldn't accept a married man sitting in the pews with his mistress. So they shouldn't be accepting 2 homos to be doing the same thing. Gheys are continuously living in their sin unrepentant, and that's not a good thing in the eyes of God.

Just stop with this. You’re creating a false narrative that paints some petty busy body as a hero of the children. This had absolutely nothing to do with the students.
