I don't go to walk-ons if I'm going out to eat. It's a place to grab a few beers and order bar food at

Are shrimp and chicken from Sysco different than shrimp and chicken from other suppliers?

Infrastructural things like harsh lighting or a poor AC system has to be a property management issue, that shite is inexcusable. Not sure of who is responsible for janitorial services but every square inch of the restaurant floor to ceiling needs to be bleached.

Ongoing cleanliness of the bathrooms during business hours are on the staff, pissy toilets and grime everywhere are a sign of negligent management.

I went to the place that was there before Walkons.. Its was a sports bar/restaurant and I swear, this sounds similar to the experience I had there the two or three times I had gone there.

While I don't really any problem with the AC (it might have been winter time), I do remember the lighting being shite.

If I recall, the service wasn't bad, when they served, but it was slow during a not so busy time.

That building might just be shite.

As for as Walkons, I know Brandon (the guy who opened it and is part owner) and I am glad to see him have success with it, but I do think they are growing too fast.

This is just my opinion, but they are saturating their product. While they might end up making a profit at each location they open, it seems like eventually they will have to shut down some because there will be some locations that will swallow up other locations.

That location was sold a couple years ago and has since been sold again a couple months ago. Not sure why it was sold this time.

It’s never ceased to amaze me how people around here will savage Applebee’s in one breath, then make Walk-On’s seem like the the greatest thing since the miracle of the loaves and fishes in the next. They’re the same damn thing.

Large national chains aren’t getting their food from Sysco. Your small local places are.

No it didn’t. Walk-Ons has always had perfectly adequate food for a bar and grill

I never got the hate either. Walk-Ons has pretty good food for a sports bar in my opinion. I've never eaten there and thought it was bad. It's not fine dining by any means and doesn't try to be.
