I graduated 3rd out of about 100 in my high school class and had the highest ACT score in the class. All I got was TOPS and an offer of a residential housing scholarship at ULL. Meanwhile several minorities behind me with significantly lower ACT scores got full scholarships. My guidance counselor was pissed (and she was black).

Same. I definitely was left off the "you get to go to school without student loans because you are white" mailing list.
Hell, I am helping my mom who is also white pay off her student loans.
We are really getting fricked pretty good for being so damned privileged being white.
