In her defense, her lips/mouth got messed up when she fell down her stairs a couple of years ago and she's been trying to fix it ever since and like with most plastic surgery, it gets overdone(see Courtney Cox). I hate it b/c Carrie is a beautiful woman, there is no need for her to do this.
