$35.00 a day and you can have all the beer you want? That's not a bad deal at all. I'd just do that the whole time.
We booked a Royal Caribbean Dreamworks Cruise for next Mardi Gras and they offered us buy 1 premium drink package, get one half off...so about $75/day for the wife and I.
Because it was just her and I and the kid we declined but since they don't make both of us get it, I will probably get the $55 one for me and just pay for hers.

I find this interesting, I just went on a Disney Cruise, and they let you bring in as much alcohol and drinks that you could fit into your carry on.

not terrible if that's the case, still a guaranteed minimum $700 bar tab for you and wife for a week cruise. And thats not considering lets say 3 of days, you aren't on the boar for most of entire day.

And another reason Disney Cruise line is so great....they let you take on as much alcohol that you can fit in your carry-on
here is me and the wifes supply for our cruise next week

Exactly....for two people to get it you both need to be pretty big drinkers and want more than JUST beer.
Royal Caribbean not forcing everyone in the room to get it is a big bonus for them.
Carnival just doesn't compare to RC or Disney. Not just their food or clientele or ships, but overall the experience, service, entertainment is all just better. That being said, Carnival ships can be fun. But expectations need to be tempered and realistic.

i'd bring like 3 shirts, a bathing suit, underwear and wear the same shorts all week, rest alcohol.

Yeah I think I would have to be pretty ripped to put up with a bunch of yelling kids on a Disney boat. Understandable policy.
I bet a lot of marriages end on that boat.

Such a sad day. I think the first OT thread I ever read was on sneaking booze on in water bottles.

That doesn't work. neither does shampoo bottles. you can't get the taste fully out no matter how much you wash it.

You should be crucified for taking up space with the grapefruit shandy. On edit, I see you have the handles elsewhere.

Yep. i bought the alcohol card. 15 drinks a day for $350 for 8'days (make sure you buy out of port to save 60$ on taxes) I had my 15 everyday and saved close to 700$. I also drank long islands or gin and tonic only, both 9.75$ a pop

We just take alot of vacations and with a small one, cruises are just so easy and a good compromise.
Went to Disney world last November and December. Disney Cruise next week. Orange Beach for July 4. Chattanooga in September. Royal Caribbean Cruise next Mardi Gras. Hawaii next April. Green Bay next September (LSU vs Wisky).
Now just need to plan something for fall of 2016.

Well, you can't have any beverages in your checked bags..only your carry-ons. So, bring all the clothes you want. All that crap in the picture fit in one carry except three of the 1.75's. Those I had to pack in another bag.
