Even bread is a big mystery to people like this. Just buy all purpose flour and make your own starter, keep it alive by feeding it, and make sourdoughs every damn day if you worry about this Suzy Homemaker.

It is this type of twisted thinking that scares me. It clearly outlines that there are people out there who think differently and potentially dangerously on a fundamental level. I am at a loss.

Yup.
History has proven that there is nothing more dangerous than a person with fundamentally immoral views who is convinced that they hold the moral high ground.
Especially when that person is not challenged when they speak.

This is how you know that organic folks are fake. Because if she was all about it, she could just make her own yeast. Like we just did. And I'm not an organic fanboy. I just made my own yeast out of necessity
