I'm not saying I believe anything, but reading that wall of text, if it's made up, would destroy his case. It's pretty bold to think that he just concocted this story from nothing.

Fuller didnt say that. The witnesses spoke with the advocate. He is lying saying that is a fuller quote

Do you have reading comprehension? At the end of the paragraph, there is a statement of conjecture from one of Hayes' attorney. I believe that is what tLSU was talking about.

Don't think he ever said that Ceravolo was in the Impala but rather the NOPD insinuated that he was early in the investigation which turned out wrong.

Well the attorney did bring upnsome valid points. First, they were saying there was only one gun. A few days later, turns out there were a total of 3 guns at the scene. Plus you have a retired NOPD officer who may have been at the scene of the shooting. NOPD is not exactly a department held in high esteem as far as honesty and impartiality. I agree it should be turned over to the LSP, FBI, or independent prosecutor.

Look, I understand you're new to this and that you're biting on every word he says. He's already made statements which turned out to conflict with things we definitely know. There's a reason I posted in the other thread that you need to wait until the report is written to see what each witness says. I'm sure you give a lot of credibility to the guy sitting in Hayes' car with him and Hayes himself, and that may he appropriate, but we simply don't know that now.
Unlike you, some of us have handled cases against him from start to finish and have seen the formulaic recitation of the same things and the result. He's not a bad guy, he fights his arse off and does so successfully, he's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, but it doesn't change the fact that what you're reading is still coming from attorneys.

THE WITNESS STATEMENTS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH FULLER. THEY CAME FROM THE ADVOCATE.
