Unless NOPD straight up covered up everything for the Smiths, there is no way she had a gun. Only one gun was recovered from the scene. So unless we are to believe nothing about what has been reported, it's is basically a certainty she didn't have a weapon.

How the hell do we know if she was going for a gun or not though? We have absolutely no idea.

And there is a shitload of people on scene that could have moved the gun that aren't NOPD

A shite load of people that moved the gun back into Smith's vehicle?

You're reaching really bad on that one and I'm pretty sure you know it.

The frick are you talking about? There was 4-5 people in Smiths party that could have moved the gun.

That isn't a huge reach

I will revisit this when Hayes is sent off for the rest of his life for murdering Will Smith as well as attempted murder of Raquel Smith.

Ok. Won't change the fact you made definitive subjective statements before the facts came out

How closely connected to Hayes are you? Friend or family?

Good one.

Not making definitive statements about something of which I don't know makes me a relative or friend

You are such an idiot

So let's break this down

4lsu2 makes definitive claims that one person is def guilty, but he isn't a biased saintard

Lsupride87 says he thinks Hayes is guilty but there is no way of knowing yet and we will have to wait to see more facts

So pride must be a relative or friend

It's a pretty big reach. That would mean that after Hayes shot Smith and his wife, he sat there and just watched the Smith party hide a gun.

Why would they hide the gun when they're being shot at?

Because Hayes wasn't a mad man like some are portraying and he stopped once he no longer felt threatened?

If say it is unlikely they hid the gun, but not a huuuuuge reach

Regardless, there is still a chance they were going for a gun. Which could be argued is enough to make one feel an imminent danger for their life

Someone is shooting at you and you're going to hide a gun instead of defend yourself? That's a monumental reach.

My definitive statements have been:

1) Will Smith was killed by Hayes.
2) Raquel Smith was shot twice by Hayes.
3) Will Smith was shot in the back 7 times at the door of his vehicle by Hayes.
4) Raquel Smith was shot twice in the leg by Hayes.
5) Hayes is charged with second degree murder of Will Smith.
6) Hayes followed Smith after being rear-ended by Smith, left the protection of his own vehicle for a physical/ verbal altercation with Smith.
7) Hayes rear-end Smith to get him to stop so that the physical/ verbal altercation could occur.
8) Hayes was not a legal CCP holder by the State of LA.
9) Hayes shot Mr and Mrs Smith with a .45 caliber handgun.

So tell me, which one of my definitive statements are false?? If you're thinking the one about spending the rest of his life at Angola, I ask you to revisit the aforementioned definitive statements and check the sentence for second degree murder, then get back to me.

How about the definitive statements that it wasn't self defense and he is guilty of murder?

That seems pretty damn definitive and unknown

You don't think this is a definitive subjective statement that YOU are making before the facts came out?

You condemn and accuse those that are doing the exact same thing you are. This place never ceases to amaze me...

Hayes was still shooting?

Witnesses say Hayes slammed his gun on the hood of his car and stopped after he shot smith

That leaves 4 minutes before cops arrive

not definitive

Smith left protection of his own vehicle first

not definitive

Still doesbt explain how Hayes had enough time to shoot both of them, unless he had a gun in hand. Which would make self defense impossible for me to understand.

Oh frick off

I was answering with a hypothetical. That was obvious

In no way was I saying he certainly isn't a mad man and wasn't still shooting

Don't play douchebag semantics
