That's not at all how I see the possible scenario going. But I think you know that

Explain your scenario where it would make sense to have the gun out and not use it.

The issue with this theory, is the fact that Smiths attorney said that Will approached Hayes vehicle, not the other way around.

I don't fault him for approaching Hayes' at all, being that he was rear-ended by it. This does not explain how Smith was shot at the door of his vehicle in the back seven times and taking his last breath slumped over his steering wheel.

If Smith had 7 entry wounds through his chest AND died in close proximity of Hayes' vehicle, I can possibly see a defense claim.

The angle you are going for here does not exist without Hayes standing over Smith with a gun in his hand,

so you are saying you are speculating?

I could easily say "Hayes doenst shoot Will Smith unless he has a gun".

Do you see how that goes?

What you think happened in your head does not equal real life.

Was he the one shot 7 times in his back?

Ok, so you are citing all these "facts", yet you arent up to date on the case?

No, not Will Smith. Go read up.

quote:

If he did not have a gun in his hands when Smith supposedly said "I have a gun too", how do you explain the 7 gun shotS in his back?

Can you tell me in detail where Will Smith's gun was recovered? Or are you just speculating as fact again?

I still 1,000 believe Orenthal James Simpson killed Nicole and Ron Goldman. The police botched the case, but he killed those two.

Well, we know Hayes killed Smith. We just dont know if it was justified. But apparently you are the only one that knows the facts that arent even out yet.

Shirtless man and smith scuffle with Hayes

Mrs smith is able to retrieve gun

Hayes shoots her

Then shoots smith

He then slams gun on his car and let's it go like witnesses have already said

Hayes no longer has gun in hand, as witnesses said

Hayes calls over a witness and asks them to call 911, as his attorney alleges

There is now 4 minutes of time

4 minutes before the cops come

One of smiths friends takes the gun that they now see on the ground and puts it away

That is my possible scenario

That wasn't my point. Your theory is Hayes rammed Smith intentional to kick his arse

If you are chasing someone to kick their arse, wouldn't you get out of your vehicle quickly after contact to go commence said arse kicking?

Not sure

However, we have witnesses speaking of an altercation between Hayes, Smith, and a shirtless man. We do not yet know if or what type of physical contact was made

Notice how I said " possible scenario"

Not fact or I know

You are exactly what has been wrong with these threads. You get mad when a FACT makes you upset, and go on to call names and throw out the troll bull shite.

Alright - I'll bite and play by your rules. . You said Will Smith has a longer rap sheet than the murderer, Hayes. I disagree. Prove your point and let's see who has the longer rap sheet. I'll wait....

So these people that just watched heir friends get shot are going to be more concerned with hiding evidence them the fact that their friends just got shot?

Can you please just agree that it's a huge reach and highly unlikely? I have no problem with acknowledging it could have happened. But it is vey far down the list on likely scenarios.

No. I will not say it is a huge reach. At all

It is unlikely.

Hell, I think there is a chance they moved the gun not for "tampering purposes" even

The only thing I have doubts about at this time, is what part of the puzzle Pierre Thomas plays. The tweets, fb posts, and him leaving town on Monday after the events do not make sense to me.

If I was Smith's friend I think I would have took the gun and kept on me for my protection since Hayes is still at the scene. Why would I hide the gun when I just witnessed two of my friends being shot one shot to death? The guy is still there on the scene and i hide the gun ? Wouldn't I get the gun for my own protection if needed?

I agree. I am not suggesting that the gun was purposefully moved for tampering/hiding purposes. It is a chaotic situation. I don't think it is a huge reach to say if that gun was out that it got moved in that 4 minute window

So it is a huge reach to say a gun was moved in a 4 minute window in a chaotic scene?

That makes me irrational?

we can't measure reaches. you're either assuming or not assuming.
