Its time to implement common sense car control measures. It doesn't make sense that people are able to freely purchase assault style vehicles to mow down innocent civilians.

This happened in the intersection directly across the interstate from where I live, about 800 yards away. Same place as the strip shootout a couple years ago.
It was a woman in a mini van with her kid on the back seat. She dragged some kid down the road as she tried to flee.
