I passed by as officers were approaching his vehicle with guns drawn. He was facing the wrong way on the I-10 entrance ramp at Siegen.

Was nearly 2 dozen state troopers and unmarked LE SUVs on the on ramp to east bound ramp from siegen. Either he spun out and lost control or was “pit maneuvered”.

Saw a motorcycle rider lose his pulling out of the Harley dealer and going (mostly) under an 18 wheeler. Head in helmet rolled on down the road a ways.
