Car burglaries ramping up in City of Central

Teams of human excrement going around pulling on door handles at night are getting more and more bold.
Lock your doors, Centralites (and everyone else, too). It's not hard; we do not live in Mayberry. Along with the shitbags who already live nearby, shitbags travel.
This is some frustrating shite, fellas. I hope to one day read the news that some of these turds get caught in the act and trapped inside a neighborhood, and get their asses touched up by an alliance of the willing.
I wish Louisiana would adopt property laws similar to Texas. These rotten SOBs aren't afraid of the law, or going to jail. Perhaps they should be given something else to fear. The status quo is not working.
Rant off.

Just need to set the trap and wait for them to take the bait.
Then exact justice. No cops. No judges.
Just men who are willing to take matters into their own hands

Don't know, man....I saw a couple of security cam vids that didn't offer much other than skinny little bastards in hoodies. One walking the street, two working the vehicles.

This is common sense in today's world. Add lock your house too. If you are dumb enough not to lock the doors, I don't feel bad for you.
....although the POS thugs need to be in jail too.

It's happening everywhere. Along with making sure doors are locked be sure you are not leaving guns, wallets, purses in vehicle.

Leaving a gun in an unlocked vehicle should also be criminal

While I would never put more blame on the victim than the criminal- this is EXACTLY what these upright roaches are looking for. They DO NOT WANT to "work for it".
So don't make it easy for them. A locked door may not keep them out absolutely- but it is still a barrier they will be forced to overcome in order to gain access. They don't want to spend any more time than they have to so as not to get their asses caught.

We had this happen in our neighborhood not too long ago. They got a pistol out of my neighbors truck and stole his work laptop. I noticed that morning that I had foot prints in the morning dew on my grass. The perp was caught on camera but I have never heard in an arrest was made, but judging by the work uniform he was wearing it shouldn't be too hard to find. He said he was an idiot for leaving his stuff in the truck, but he came home from work and did something in the yard and forgot to get his stuff out when he went in for the night. Only thing that I leave in my truck when I get home is my work boots, hard hat and safety vests so we know they ain't stealing that shite.

Get a garage baw...one that closes.

I feel you. It's the same crap when the car of "4 individuals" robbed a man walking in the Shenandoah neighborhood a couple of weeks ago.

I disagree- terrible idea.
No, you shouldn't do this- but if you make this a criminal offense, you will never get victims of crimes to report stolen firearms- which makes the overall picture even worse.
Keep the focus of punishment squarely where it belongs- on the criminal. But give the punishment some fangs.

Shell at Magnolia Bridge and Frogs at Morgan are swarming with crack, meth heads. Central has gone to shite in the last 3 years.
