So I was dragged down to this area for family pics yesterday evening, and we were taking some with the lake in the background... In the middle, was something swimming around the speed of a turtle... whatever it was the neck was sticking out about a foot out the water?

I know turtles can extend but a foot?

There’s an expert sea serpent guy here that’ll be around shortly to let you know what’s up.

Hang tight.

That’s the creature named “The Lady of the Lake”. The hospital was named after it when it used to be located on the shore.

A cormorant and anhinga are two different birds.Never realized that. I learn something everyday. The old people collectively called them Black Folks Geese.
