I would like to see what she is basing this shite on? The cases in New Orleans have dropped dramatically. If she wants to be more strict than the governor, she needs to provide data that supports her stance (which she doesn't have).

That is such a poorly written sentence. A better way to write it:
"We all must continue to observe local quarantine orders to the greatest extent possible. If you must break quarantine for essential activities, you will be required to wear face protection."
