I'll be 80, Aug. 3, 2022 and I can still touch my toes.
I can still jump rope, and can get up from sitting on the floor, without using my hands.
I'm blessed.

This is a lot better than you acting like an OOT membership to Squire Creek is impressive, all because you’re not successful enough to afford a local membership.

I've never acted like it's impressive, but it is a better golf course than anything you play.

In fact, I said I did it because it's extremely cheap for what you get.

61 overweight and can touch toes easily, getting the palm flat on the floor is a little tougher with the hamstrings being so tight. How do I know this, just tried it because of this stupid thread.

No, it’s not. I’ve probably played 40 courses better than Squire.

I've played several as well. What's better in Louisiana that you play whenever you want?

In LA, probably nothing. I can play Dallas National whenever I want though, and it’s much nicer.

I can put my hands flat on the ground, but I'm, of course, a healthy weight and spend at least 15 minutes daily on mobility outside of general warmup to train so probably 30-45 minutes a day.
