If so, how long did it take to become fluent?

I spoke French almost exclusively to my grandparents when they were alive. Now that they are gone, I don't use it at all. I usually only takes couple of minutes being around French speakers to pick it back up, but it's getting harder as the years go on.

I can speak a few foreign languages after an LSU loss and a fifth of Titos, only problem is that I'm the only one that knows what I'm saying.

I'm pretty good with German, but nowhere near fluent.

Learned a bit growing up because my grandmother is from Germany, took a couple years in high school that looking back taught me pretty much nothing. Honestly I learned more the year and a half I lived in Heidelberg, mainly because my landlord didn't speak a bit of English.

No, but I'm hoping for 4 to 8 years before I have to learn at least one.

Yes Russian, German French and English. Russian German and English I was taught simultaneously while learning to speak and French took from ages 10-17 in school and practicing pretty regularly from watching shows, writing to pen pals etc
