Maybe not, but Democratic politicians clearly do. "Protests" are cool. As long as you protest something they agree with.
Just look at the reaction to the people standing on the Michigan statehouse steps compared to the "protests" that have gone on for nearly two weeks.
Why aren't you nurses blocking the streets for the people crammed in the street like sardines like y'all did when the people were in their own cars honking?

Don't care about the sticky. Just pointing out hypocrisy.

I've been told by over a thousand medical experts that protesting in large groups is far more important than your stupid virus.
If it wasn't clear before how politically motivated these ultimatums from hospitals have been all year, it's crystal clear to me now.
I will never fully believe any shite suggestions from Johns Hopkins, etc again

Snowflakes still melting!

Understandable
It makes me very frustrated as well to see the media lose focus on COVID right now. It just makes people have this false security about things.
I think people want any reason to ignore it in the hopes it just goes away.
But it’s still here no matter what. And maybe it’s not not as horrible as we thought in early days of the pandemic. But it is still killing people or making them so ill they need ICU care. Do we need to stay home all day? Absolutely not. But we still need to act with some caution in our day to day...ESP if we have vulnerable loved ones that live with us or that we have to have contact with (ex: I still have to take my vulnerable father to medical appointments).

Time to stop giving this BS the attention it doesn’t deserve
We're still not all the way open, live sports still isn't back, etc... even if it's past its 15 minutes of fame it's still a prevailing world event right now that in some way is impacting damn near everybody. (even with the MSM and Dem's jumping ship to look cool with protests).

That is ridiculous
We are still in a global pandemic guys.
No matter your politics.

Good, no one ever said this was going away. Hospitals are not being overrun, and herd immunity is setting in.

No one cares. We're on to racism and protesting now.

Nobody gives a shite about the Shanghai Shivers anymore. The medical community lost all credibility when they said to go out and protest "injustice" when they said not even three weeks ago that people shouldn't protest to get the states reopened.

Even Cuomo said Covid was over. Murder hornets were a yawn. Riots are the thing, until whatever comes next. What a great time to be alive in America.

What state are you in? I’ll give you an minute to pick one that aligns with your alarm.

The virus doesn’t give two fricks about your political beliefs.
Yet you can't open up your business without consequences

Only alarmist think like this.

George Floyd died so that Corona could disappear. True hero's sacrifice if you think about it.
