Summer.

The only thing good about summer is if you have a pool.

Be careful what you wish for. Summer often ends with a bang on the Gulf Coast, especially louisiana.

I walked outside and gave the sun the middle finger. Maybe it’ll understand to lay off of us for awhile.

Sorry I made bad decisions in my youth and have to spend 10 to 12 hours a day, 5 days a week working outside. You never get used of it and it does take a toll on you after a while.

You will never or have never seen me complain about the cold, I'll just put more clothes on.

Yeah by about mid August it's always time to say this. Be glad it's still not mid June.

Haven't been in the pool in about 3 weeks. Probably 95 water temp.

I, too, was a very sleepy teenager and now I have to work in the sun for a living. But by this time of year you should have your heat tolerance built up. Heat tolerance is a real thing.

Every time I'm tempted to complain I remind myself how miserable winter is.

There is no heat tolerance for 100 degree days with 95% humidity working in the sun with no shade with only a 30 minute break and no sitting in front of a fan.

Sun God, of all people, apparently can't be in the sun for more than 15 minutes this time of year without wilting and complaining about it being too hot, like a woman or a gay dude. This is a disappointing revelation.

I went outside and spray painted a few small items out in the middle of my yard in the sun and was dripping sweat on the stuff I was painting. Was only out there for like 15 minutes and felt like I needed to rehydrate

You will die of heat stroke long before I will

The first time you will act like it’s no big deal

Second time you’ll think “hmm I used to have so much energy”

Then it will pile up on you

Good luck pal

It’s almost like I know what I’m talking about

Will take this over freezing my nuts off.

You can always put on enough clothes to be warm=====so I'm going with that as opposed to having sweat dripping down my asscrack in this oppressive heat.

I got very close to heat stroke/exhaustion yesterday. Spent the rest of the afternoon either under a cold shower or laying flat in the AC and I was still nauseous all night and am still lethargic today.

It’s no joke. If you go into shock there’s a chance you won’t come back
