Yet somehow they can afford weaves, manicures, gold teeth, Dodge Chargers, $200 sneakers, tattoos, multiple kids by multiple partners, going to concerts, designer clothes, etc., etc., etc.....

Your post is moronic and dishonest.

Free Telluride stay and Patagonia gear provided by government to all who identify as non white.

How diverse is the NBA?
73.2 percent black players, 16.8 percent white players, 3.1 percent Latino players of any race, and 0.4 percent Asian players.

Yeah. When folk’s parents kick it, they take that inheritance and pick up skiing in the late 30s. Or no, they were able to afford tutors in high school so they were able to get that scholarship to college. THATS THE DIFFERENCE!

Skiing isn’t really much more expensive than pretty much any hobby anyway.

I guess AAs are historically excluded from gaming as well. Need that generational wealth to make it realistic to drop 600 dollars on a console, 60 bucks a game, and who knows what on a season pass.

Anyone with an ounce of sense and a smidgen of integrity would realize the likeliest primary reason is one of historical trends rather than something nefarious before dipping in the cliche explanations like “muh institutional racism” or “muh generational wealth.”

Most skiing locations weren’t slave states. So AA population would be far reduced there anyway. Colorado’s AA population is a fraction of the national average for example. And I bet if you isolate for specifically skiing communities and eliminate urban places it’s even more stark.

The nba represents the elite 0.00001% of basketball players in the world, so a small advantage can be be the edge needed to get to that level

So the elite 0.000001% is 90% black? And the example you give is the one white skill player in the NFL while the other 95% is black? Sounds like whites aren’t given a fair chance. Shouldn’t we at least be 50/50? I mean racial equality and all.

Don’t they have mountains in Africa? I bet they are loaded with ski lodges.

Sounds like cultural appropriation to me.

Blame Africa and her lack of mountains tall enough to accumulate snow. Mt. Kilimanjaro has some snow but
quote:

The Mweka route may only be used as a means of descent after an ascent of any of the western routes. Now here's the rub – skiing and snowboarding are NOT ALLOWED on Kilimanjaro. The official policy of the National Park is that “no pleasure devices” are allowed. This means no skis, no snowboards, no paragliders, etc.Oct 24, 2012

Prince Harry's Invictus Winter Games are ground breaking with their first African participant. Also their first winter games. He's from Nigeria and came to Canada a year early to learn some of the sports involved. How that's going to help him back home hasn't been discussed.

I could care less if there are black snowboarders

You could care less but Russell Winfield is one of the greatest snowboarders of all time and black. A total pioneer of new school boarding. Fact is people of color have been here all along. Every time I go out I see another brother on the mountain. And everyone else on the mountain who is just there the shred is cool with it. What’s your hang up?
