Leaving food etc out for her sounds nice, but it is a bad idea. It will attract other animals that could potentially do harm to her and the kittens.

Call the local humane society or pet rescue.

I had this happen once. Gather up the kittens in a pillow case and drive to PetSmart. Calmly walk into PetSmart with the pillow case and little kitties. Then place the pillow case in an aisle and calmly walk out.

The milk will really mask the antifreeze. Should work by the time you're done playing with your dog.

A few cans of Fancy Feast would be nice too.

Please call an animal rescue group! If you are in Baton Rouge, I would recommend Rescuetopia, CAAWS, or Cat Haven. They should be able to come pick up the mom and kittens, and find good homes for all of them.

I think the correct action is wait until night, go to your neighbor's back door and empty a can of cat food.

Leave a small cat food trail from your yard to his back door.

Can I get some advice, I have no idea what to do.
Last night I came home from errands (I am currently in the USA) and saw a cat in the corner of my yard. I had seen him around (though I guess it was a she/her) so I didn't bother with it. He/she doesn't cause trouble, why bother the animal?

This morning, 12 hours later the cat is in the identical same place and I think (not 100 percent sure) that I see some small cat-like creatures around the stomach.

I think it's a she and she has had kittens.

What on earth should I do, who do you call in a case like this?

I do not know who owns the cat, she may be (and probably is) a stray.

I couldn't imagine doing any harm to her or her little one's but who does one call? The police? Fire?

I have no idea what to do.

I don't have advice for you but I will say a prayer for the mommy cat.

Send/bring them to Europe

They can assimilate into their societies seemlessly.....

Plenty of people will take care of em...

Just roll with it, you were destined for this as it is likely all part of your simulation
