Can I get some advice, I have no idea what to do.

Last night I came home from errands (I am currently in the USA) and saw a cat in the corner of my yard. I had seen him around (though I guess it was a she/her) so I didn't bother with it. He/she doesn't cause trouble, why bother the animal?
This morning, 12 hours later the cat is in the identical same place and I think (not 100 percent sure) that I see some small cat-like creatures around the stomach.
I think it's a she and she has had kittens.
What on earth should I do, who do you call in a case like this?
I do not know who owns the cat, she may be (and probably is) a stray.
I couldn't imagine doing any harm to her or her little one's but who does one call? The police? Fire?
I have no idea what to do.

Put some milk out in a bowl for a few days to help it out. It will soon feel better and leave with its chil'ren.
A few cans of Fancy Feast would be nice too.

12ga #4 should take out the whole family in one shot if they're nursing.
Or you could just feed her and find the kittens a home...

Take a paternity test. If the kittens aren't yours then eat them and get her pregnant with a few of your own.

How about calming the frick down first, then start with animal control.

Have a Chinese restaurant nearby? Call them & you'll probably get future discounts. You're welcome.

Yeah definitely call the police and tell them there are cats in your yard.

I'm pretty sure the momma cat can manage this without your "help".

You do this and those cats will never leave.

Congratulations on your anchor kittens, you are now responsible...

Leave them be an let nature take its course. Cats have been having kittens for 1,000s of years with no human interaction and surviving just fine.

Good to see the OT continues to attract the brightest and the best.

In your yard, so you have to care, and pay, for them the rest of their lives. And any future offspring. I'm sure that you won't mind this seeing as how you support illegal immigration.

SPCA or Animal Control takes care of that stuff. I've done it twice, and they take a long time, but will do it
