Only see them in the rear overflow sump and the 25 gallon filtration sump. I haven't added anything new in over 4 months to the tank and these things just started appearing and spreading.
And no they are not Copepods. Have plenty of them back there as well.
Evidently they're harmless Pineapple sponges

I wouldn't worry. They're probably just prepping things for Cthulu.

Nudibranch maybe?

Nudibranchs and their Eggs: HARMFUL There are MANY species, however a few common are the Zoanthid Nudi, the Montipora Nudi, and Soft coral Nudi Pictured in that order below. Lately it seems like almost every colony of Zoas is infected. These nudis are usually very hard to spot and blend in with their food (your corals) Some can be removed by dipping others you just got to find and pry them off. Egg masses are hard to spot, and vary depending on species.

Looks like Nudibranchs but I'm not sure. Nice subtle brag with your fancy saltwater aquarium.
Try Reef2Reef

Hard to tell from the pictures. If you have live rock, it could be absolutely anything. Sometimes organisms take months to come out and reproduce enough for you to notice them. I agree that they don't look like pods. Do you have a fish only tank or is it a reef?you may be able to treat with copper if fish only or go hypo for a while but it will kill your corals if you have them.
ETA: How old is your tank? What size?

So, you posted a link to Nudi's? I believe that is grounds for banning.
