How is this? Isn't the law concrete, black and white when it comes to this situation?

No wonder marriage rates are dropping. No wonder church membership is dropping. Men have been hijacked by Women and the justice system. Basically men have been made into slaves. Lately men have no standing in the courts. Most men view marriage as a lifetime investment, children, businesses, and property. Some women see it as a short term fling. Men and Women both need to be careful on who they chose as a spouse.

Call a lawyer. The law may appear black and white, but the application may not be depending on the situation.

Many men have figured out that contract has zero upside.

im no attorney but property owned prior to marriage is not in play for division.
However, the proceeds from sale, if proven that the wife's income was used to update and pay off home, is likely grounds for her being entitled to some profits.

You've never stepped foot inside a family courtroom, have you? Go watch one day and see how much of it makes any sense.

‘Titling’ is not determinative as you have said.
It is however evidence of something. So now you have to use big boy words to explain what it is in fact evidence of.
Are we having fun yet playing $395/hr what-if games?

Laws are laws, and judges have a lot of discretion

My best advice is hire a good Jewish lawyer.
Been there, done that.

this is a complex issue with community funds going to a separate asset and potential fruits in play.
No, it isn't. The issue is as simple as stated a few posts up.
Lawyer people just see math and automatically think complex.

Your “friend” should start looking for a studio apt, hiding cash, and stocking up on lunch meat and canned goods
