Ok, cool. Guess they can call someone else when an armed robbery occurs, since they’d feel no more safe with the police showing up to intervene.

Oh, Frisco has its own issues. There is just an expected standard of living here and most other places outside of Louisiana that seems to be accepted as completely normal in Baton Rouge and NOLA.

Myself and my brothers thoughts as we drove through those two cities last year for my for my grandmother's funeral. The traffic only made it worse along the interstate every road you look down there is garbage and heaven forbid you hit a big arse pothole in the hwy in nola. Just sad what they have become. I left 20 years ago fwiw.

I left in 2001 and it’s shocking how big a difference there is between then & now. There were issues before it’s I honestly don’t see how people consider the current conditions acceptable.

“Houseless” sounds horrible. I prefer the term “urban outdoorsman”

The new mayor of BR will only make things worse. I try to be respectful on here because I know alot of people on here live around these areas but only time I ever go back is for an LSU game occasionally and too see family.

So unless a cop is there during a robbery, I don't see how a cop is going to stop anything. When seconds matter, cops are always minutes away. I bet the owners of the coffee shop will carry their own personal protection for their business.

Scruffy bets they don’t.

Flboo just wonders how many people in Oakland actually buy a $6 cup of coffee from this establishment?
Posted on 3/11/18 at 3:02 pm to Scruffy
Rouge has already invested in a private security company that provides protection to businesses of this sort.

It doesn't look like it has good parking nor easy ingress/ egress for a cop to frequent. I doubt they even go there often, seems absurd to ruin your business over some political BS like this.

Like when everyone talks to scruffy they use there poster names.

Wonder if they’ll feel the same after the judgements

That’s quite the leap to make.

they absolutely should be able to but this should apply to every single business not taking government money. This is discrimination plain and simple and if a christian business has to cater to someone that doesn't share their beliefs then this business should have to follow the same precedent.
