Lots of thoughts on this. First, she is a terrible waste of oxygen. Who pushes someone down stairs, much less a somewhat handicapped elderly human. Two, how fragile is life, that he died from his injuries from the fall. Three, that man lived 74 fricking years, only to die because some dickhead pushed him off a bus.

Not sure how many have read the article but he was pushed in March 2019 and then died at home 5 weeks later. She was only arrested after the family contacted police when the man died at home. She is still a piece of shite but getting pushed 5 weeks earlier might be a stretch for Murder considering the police weren't even following his prognosis. She wasn't even charged for attempted murder before he died that I can see.

if they can prove that his death was a result of him being pushed off of the bus, which seems like it wouldn't be hard, it seems like it would be an easy case for aggravated manslaughter at the very least.

I don't think the time between the incident and his death would make it any harder to get a murder conviction than had he died immediately, if you shoot someone in the head and they linger for 5 weeks, you're still charged with murder. I think this would be a manslaughter charge either way
