On the corner where there was a gas station that can never stay open near Applebee's. Terrible spot.
ETA I sound overly invested. I'm not :) a coworker randomly mentioned it to me earlier today.

Redbox movie rental kiosks. That won't last much longer.
I worked at a video rental store during high school and remember the VHS to DVD transition.

Speaking of sandwich places, I don't get Jimmy Johns either. Of course, this is just my opinion, but there are better options available, but like someone said about the Pita Pit in NO. They deliver, which is probably a big part of the reason they stay open.

There's a store in Montrose in Houston that just sells light bulbs. That's it. Light bulbs. And it's about 3500 SF.

Isnt that cute.
You must love bread, mayo and lettuce sandwiches. Cause they put like a single slice of meat on there . The meat is so thin hat you could see through it.
Worst sandwiches in fast food.

Do you know what "literally" means? It is true that Netflix has fewer options. We use AppleTV and the Firestick. I like not having a satellite bill.

The Rouge Collection. Do they even have revenue?

Residential general contractors.
They are glorified secretaries that make schedules for employees they have no effective control over. They only survive because return customers are, naturally, a rarity and it's too much of a pain in the arse to find a new one once you inevitably realize yours is shitty and the reason he's got the job is because he was too incompetent to work a job with actual deadlines and accountability.

Cruise companies who offer sub $500 cruises.
Hard to believe they can make money doing that.
