I guess I am glad you came out of the coma under which you missed the 2009 through 2016 period of our history.

Wrong day to troll.
For a bunch of people in the US the 9/11 attack is more than a political debate.
It is the day a loved one died or was injured.
Spew your shallow mental tinfoil hat sewerage on another date.

People who's favorite team hired 3rd and Chavis thinking that was the secret to beating their nemesis shouldn't call others stupid.

You're a fricking moron. They tried to take him away. He told them no, he was not going to scare the children like that. He was calm and calculating.
As many shortcomings as he had as a president, and he had many, 9/11 was not one of them. The way that man handled 9/11 was absolutely incredible and humbling. Everyone can and should be proud of him in that period. Not many men and women could have handled that with as much class and dignity as he did.
frick YOU for this thread.

His reaction tells me there was no conspiracy or he would have been briefed to have the perfect reaction instead of sitting there like a deer in the headlights.
He said there was a consp...er organized attack in an interview once...
But that's just what he said, so take it with a grain of salt.
I don't think he knew...just as Obama didn't know about "chemical attacks" in Syria (the red line)

Not reading the thread to see if anyone else says how kind of a gesture that really was.
In any case.

I didn't like him in office. But you're a fool if you think history will treat him as anything but a top five president.

Yeah, the kids have never forgiven him.
Oh, wait...they actually were appreciative and understood.

One thing the students would like to tell Bush's critics — like liberal filmmaker Michael Moore, whose 2004 documentary Fahrenheit 911 disparaged Bush for lingering almost 10 minutes with the students after getting word that two planes had crashed into the World Trade Center — is that they think the President did the right thing. "I think he was trying to keep everybody calm, starting with us," says Guerrero. Dubrocq agrees: "I think he was trying to protect us." Booker Principal Gwendolyn Tose-Rigell, who died in 2007, later insisted, "I don't think anyone could have handled it better. What would it have served if [Bush] had jumped out of his chair and ran out of the room?"

OP post is stupid. Have another down vote.

You can't more easily expose yourself as a pure hack oversaturated with contempt than by bitching about Bush's initial reaction to 9/11 while reading a book to school children.
