Burnout party

I’ve been looking to impress my lady by throwing one of those parties where people burnout their tires while leaving a black skid mark. I’ve identified a parking lot that has plenty of room and only one entrance/exit. I can post my buddy at the entrance to give me a call if he sees a cop show up.
What do I need to do to perform a burnout, create a lot of smoke, and leave a black mark on the pavement? Do I just put my car in drive, set the parking brake, and floor it?
My car is average. Its not like one of those asian pimp cars that sounds like it is backfiring constantly or setting off black cats when i accelerate, but its not terrible either.
what are the recommended best practices to perform this burnout for my party?

Pour automatic transmission fluid in front of, and all over your drive wheels tires. The drive wheels are in the front on your Altima.

Find the biggest, sturdiest tree in the area, turn the car towards it, and slam on the gas pedal as hard as possible.

Is the car front wheel drive...rear wheel drive or all wheel drive. That matters

If you don't have enough HP to get it started easily pour water out in front of the drive tires roll into and start the burnout from there. Even if you have plenty of horsepower it will save on the drivetrain abuse.
