Couldn’t agree more. Wish they would saved the beautiful old home that was there before instead of a Joanna Gaines Mc mansion.

A buddy of mine that lives on Leeward said the house that is being built is actually going to be off of Guava (not Highland) which is the back third of the large lot that the Claitor's old house was on.

There's another very wide one coming up between the one you reference and highland. Almost as wide as the property. Got the slab formed up and utilities being roughed in currently

Don't want to doxx anyone, but I have a friend that lives nearby on Guava. The driveway will be on Guava and it's being built by a local dentist.

Not sure but I remember a house in that area had some kind of worship concert in the backyard about a year ago. I want to say October last year. Remember seeing it on Facebook.
