The F B I doesn't have to be directly culpable to be responsible for this.
Like the Colorado grocery store shooting, the incompetence or willful choosing of the F B I could have very likely allowed this shooting to happen. They knew the guy in Colorado. They were "watching" him. Hell, he was on their damn lists, yet they allowed him to pass a background check and obtain firearms. It is very possible the same damn thing happened here.
The F B I is either completely useless, or they are being controlled by whichever team has the political football and is using the bureau as a political weapon. Either option isn't good.
Then, there's the issue with the video that is still being allowed to float around on the interwebs. As a comparison, tictoc won't even allow videos of storm chasing because it is a "Dangerous Act". Why would there not be a concerted effort to play whack-a-mole with this video? Why would it be allowed to stay up on Twitter of all places?
I don't believe it was a conspiracy, but I do believe it was facilitated by complete incompetence and that now no tragedy can be allowed to go to waste. It will be used. Every bit of political capital will be milked from it in the weeks and months to come.

I wouldn't doubt he dealt with informants. That's actually probable.

If he was sufficiently lone-wolf, would he need to deal with other people at all?
He just needed a rifle and the ability to Google census data to find a target. He could very well have acted completely alone.
Is there any indication he needed help in order to accomplish his task?

See, that’s what confuses me. If you are going to go on a “mission” like this, if your targets are indeed racial, why not pick a better representation of the thing you hate?
Random people in a grocery store? And the First Lady you shoot is white? Just piss poor planning if that is your sole aim.

Another thing that is getting me is some are acting like the white folks killed are somehow less dead because they were white. That seems a bit racist itself
