Dude’s manifesto mentions he is anti-crypto because it’s bad for the environment. I’ve never heard a right-winger use that to be anti-crypto.

Isn't the standard:
Have you ever been adjudicated as a mental defective OR have you ever been committed to a mental institution?
One issue is that the states aren't required to have uniform reporting.

Possibly. It's a tough situation, but personally I will always err on the side of freedom. I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression, but that doesn't mean my life is worth less. Telling me I don't have the right to protect myself, to me, is implying I am worth less.

Which is why I hate the idea of generic red flag laws. Depression and anxiety if you have never harmed or tried to harm should never disqualify anyone.
If it ever does, man people will just stop seeking help for anxiety and depression.
