This didn't happen. Are you that hard up for friends to lie on the internet?
Posted on 5/30/19 at 5:54 am to 3morereps
If I was your friend and this happened to me, your title would say "Buddy's soon to be Ex-Wife sold his Harley while he was on a business trip"

By two Harley’s. Sell all her excessive shoes.

She didn’t run it by him or anything. When he got home and realized it was gone she told him he didn’t need it anyway. I couldn’t be married to someone like that. What would the bawz of the ot do you if their significant other sold their prized possession while away?
Did he actually ride it though? Most Harley owners just have it so they can wear the t-shirt and tell people they are a biker.

I'll reserve judgement on this story until I find out when the last time the bike was started.

IF that actually happened, and the way in which you described it, it’s not a marriage worth anything of value whatsoever. If that happened to me, I’d know one thing with absolute certainty. She clearly doesn’t love me or respect me in the slightest, and she gone.

My wife sometimes says I hold onto stuff I don't really need, but she would never get rid of something of mine without consulting me.
That's effed up.
That's effed up.

A fellow I worked with several years ago had his Harley on the market. While he was at work a "potential buyer" came by his house and asked the wife if he could ride it around the block. She said sure, and that was the last they ever saw of his bike. (The thief had a buddy drop him off at the house, so there was no car to hold hostage.)

And the notary approved of the forgery?
You don't need the owner with you to have a title notarized in Louisiana, just one witness present. I've forged many titles.

Honestly when you go to buy a used bike on craigs or marketplace there are a ton of men selling motorcycles that are garage kept they never ride. It's usually because of wife. So it's very possible. I may get another cruiser soon and I can find insanely well kept, low mile, barely ridden bikes all over the area.

Well that is about stupid AF
I have lots of shite I don't use but that doesn't give my SO the right to sell it.
