I legit lived in El Cid II in college
in the 6th months i lived there 3 drunk drivers ran into the building, i had to split my own cable line so that I could watch TV in my living room, and my upstairs neighbors got busted for selling meth.
overall it was a lovely experience

Tapestry Park Bocage and the Millenium are close to the hospital and in a good neighborhood.

Going to be a male nurse? I’m sure there are apartments on highland where he could walk to splash
ETA: and mansions in the park is by olive or twist which is basically a gay bar

They are building a massive rent controlled complex right next to Indigo Park right now.

I haven't been that way in a while..damn , didn't know that

Advocate - sorry
I drive by there quite often. They look close to being finished. The aren't full blown Section 8 I don't believe but they are HUD affordable housing which means they'll turn hood quickly.

It’s pretty close to lease up time for them.
Poor indigo park
They already have to deal with the sewage smell and gardere

Just seems unnecessary to keep building these rent controlled..especially in that area with a resort casino...seems like you'd want to put that in NBR...typical.. problem with the entire city...U-Club....hood apts....million $...poors...each block 1/2 mile is different
Posted on 5/8/19 at 2:41 pm to LaBR4
Yep. There are plenty of areas in NBR that could be reused. Tear down the Real Superstore building and put it there.

Exactly, especially since they are bitching about a lack of development

Park Place Apartments. Incredible amenities, right off of campus, close to bus lines, walking distance to the stadium.
