BTR Apartment Help

Need some suggestions on decent, higher end apartment complexes in BTR. My 20 year old son is moving there to go to OLOL College. Looking for a clean and safe 1 BR apartment. Any suggestions?

Mansions in the Park is a couple minutes away from OLOL.
Gated complex, nice apartments, good amenities.

The District, High Grove, Tapestry Bocage. There are cheaper options but you specified high end.
The Enclave on Corporate is nice too and maybe not as expensive

Kind of depends on your price range, I would think.
OLOL college is at Essen and I-10, so there are some neighborhoods around there where you could rent an entire house and there are a number of apartment complexes.
I am not vouching for specific complexes but the following are in that vicinity-
Cityscape - Off Mancuso, which is a sidestreet from Essen
Cobblestone - Directly off Essen about a half block from OLOL hospital
Chateaux Dijon - Directly off Essen between I 10 and I 12
Mansions in the Park - Off Perkins, which is near the back entrance to the warren of doctor’s offices behind OLOL
There are ones further out off of College Dr, Corporate Blvd, Jefferson Highway, and elsewhere in that area.
Ask for more detail from someone else as I just know what is there and not what the reputation is.

High Grove was good for me.
Very nice ammenities. Good location.
The District looked nice as well.

There's a nice, higher end apartment complex on Stanford right across from the LSU Lakes called Bayonne at Southshore. There's also some nice apartment complexes off Corporate Boulevard as well.
