It's a little confusing. He was wearing the same clothes in the footage from OLOL earlier in the same day(Sunday july 11th).

Yes indeed. That was what bothered the victim(and all of her friends/family) about the initial report. It came across as run-of-the mill harassment aka attempted sexual assault.

A first degree rape conviction could bring a life sentence alone for this piece of shite in Louisiana.
Hopefully no plea deals and this case would serve as an example you will be punished for this kind of heinous shite. This was a calculated, violent crime the tPOS stalked the victim like prey.

The administration is trying to minimize the impact these criminals are having. The initial report was tempered for that reason in my opinion. They didn’t want the gray hairs in that area too upset.
It should also be noted that the cops aren’t getting these animals off the streets. The same thug was harassing women at OLOL not too long ago. Nothing was ever done.

I was impaneled on a jury in JD19 a few yrs back and the crime was Aggravated Rape. Aggravated means with a lethal weapon. I assure you unless the legislature changed it that this charge carries mandatory Life Imprisonment.

You’re right, coupled with the other charges the perp is looking like he’ll be locked up for good. Hopefully the DA’s office doesn’t frick this up. It’ll be interesting to see if he’s a habitual offender as well in EBRP. The article mentioned he’s wanted in another state too. Sounds like this POS would’ve ended up killing someone eventually.
